Holly Ridge is an attractive maintenance provided community of 154 multi-unit townhome villas located in south Overland Park. We are a family oriented community close to award winning Blue Valley schools, shopping, healthcare facilities, and outdoor parks and recreation. The community provides grounds care and maintenance, irrigation, snow removal, trash services, private street repairs, and exterior painting and roof repairs for all units.

Our amenities include a community pool, extensive green space, numerous social activities, and nearby (walking distance) park and retail centers. Holly Ridge is conveniently located near freeway access to the entire metro area and is only 25 minutes from the downtown Kansas City.

The Homeowners Association is comprised of 5 resident volunteers plus a representative from our management company. Monthly Association meetings are held for all residents to attend as well as special meetings that may be scheduled to discuss and present matters of interest to the community.
